It's been a while

Well... After clearing out my favourites on my desktop I found my Blogger shortcut, I had completely forgotten about this. So after making the promise of keeping it up to date I best start now...

What's changed?? My daughter is now one, we have another on the way and I have fell in love with my bike again...

I am being coerced into signing up for the UK 70.3 next year and I'm toying with the idea....even though I haven't run over 5km in months!!!
